Ideal were excellent. They are trustworthy and great problem solvers. They are also very responsive.
They are up front always about costs and came in under estimate. Since it was during Covid and there were supply chain issues, they did things out of order that were more expensive and time consuming that they took on to keep the project moving. Zade and his team stayed on top of details kept ahead and prevented future issues.
The work from start to finish had excellent follow-through on all aspects of the project. Additionally, our questions and concerns were addressed and resolved to our satisfaction.

Min and his team did a great job with building our home. Everything from the initial consultation phase, to the design phase, to the demolition of the old house, to the entire construction phase were performed with professionalism. Zade and his team at Ideal are amazing. They were professional, highly competent, punctual, extremely flexible, and very patient with my many changes. They always had a 'can-do' attitude and were super easy to work with. Nothing was a problem that they couldn't figure out. Zade was excellent to work with and Elmer (Zade's construction team leader) and his team were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend.
