Fanatic Customer Service! Amy greeted me with a friendly smile, remembered my name, and changed my appointment times to better fit my schedule. Mona has been doing my nails for years, she spends time on the extra small details. Bonnie was excellent for getting my knots out and was knowledgeable in answering my questions. Aziza was very knowledgeable also, made changes to my facial to better fit my skin, and made great recommendations. Everytime I come here I feel like part of the family.
We are locals. Every 2-3 months we do a 1 night staycation here to get away from the kids. Perfect hotel, great shopping, great food, and outstanding spa for my wife’s blissful massage.The Ritz spa is one in which one can spend hours here. Between the saunas, pool, hot tub with kid free hours and the amazing staff- this is where we go every time.Special shout out to Amy B. As soon as my wife enters the door, Amy treats her like a long lost friend with immediate hugs. The special VIP feeling always makes my wife ready to return again.Humbly, we think the Tyson’s Ritz is the best hotel in DMV. It’s a perfect getaway. Thanks Amy!
Went into the spa with a broken acrylic nail and Mona went above and beyond to remove all my acrylics and freshen up my natural nails! She took the extra time to gently remove each nail to avoid any pain while also making sure my nature nails stayed healthy! Wish I lived in the area so I could book appointments with her regularly!
