Syd got the job done fast. He handled his repair work quickly, which included digging out damaged pipe under the front yard and replacing. Plus the county water company was going to take 2+ days to fix an issue with the sewer pipe they broke in pieces when replacing the water main under the street. Syd was able to prove to the water company that the issue was caused by them. So what would have been over a 10K bill was done at no charge. Plus Syd was able to get the water company on site the same day by working with them to expedite the water company crew’s arrival to get them on site same day vs. more than a two day wait. Our basement partially flooded from a sewage pipe and Syd saved the day after we received an outrageous quote from a well-known household name to fix a larger issue. Don't let the large companies fool you with their proposals -- Syd was honest, methodical, and to the point. His logical reasoning made much better sense than the other guys, and he was able to rationalize what was going on (rather than sell us on non-existent issues). We would recommend him to anyone and will rely on his services for years to come. Don't think twice, call him if you have any plumbing issues!
