“We love Tom. The best.Tom was great selling our townhouse near GMU. We had intended to fix up before selling but realized we'd then be stuck in it for another year. We decided to sell as is, and knock down the price to account for the needed repairs.We had gotten "strung along" by another "HGTV" influencer type realtor who after several exchanges told us to price it for $100K than other similar homes. less because of needed repairs. They had given glossy expensive hardbound portfolios: one for each of us. Very impressive; very "expensive"!
