Our company has been using Ntiva for almost 5 years with great success. Ntiva did a great job cleaning up the mess that our previous company (dataprise) had created. Ntiva is really professional and by maintaining our systems they enable us to focus on our own business as opposed to IT.

Have many years of experience with both them and their competitors. Ntiva appears to be focused on creating processes to deal with support in a consistent way. When there are problems, which there inevitably are in their world, their techs seem to look for underlying issues and not just deal with symptoms.
