Truly awful. I can tell the techs try but management is abysmal, incompetent, and disgusting. If you leave a one-star review, prepare to have your identity hunted down. They will contact your manager and intimidate you to take down the review at risk of your own job. This is to maintain their contracts and reputation. Source? I had to do it for my own employees.Thankfully I left my prior job and am independently employed, so I do not have to fear retribution. Just want to warn others.
Brandon Roberts and Josh Pemberton are both great leaders that I work under at Ntiva. If you are looking for a position that challenges you to improve in a supportive environment then I would recommend working for Ntiva.
Our business used Ntiva for tech support for several years. They were not great, but adequate. We recently used them for a larger project to wire and set-up new office space. The project was a disaster with horrendous project management. When we tried to approach our account rep with complaints we were simply told that everything was being resolved. It wasn't. No matter what we did we couldn't get any answers out of Ntiva, so I suppose they might have had good reasons for their poor service, but they never told us. In the end our only real recourse was to hire another firm to clean up Ntiva's mess.
