“All Insurance Welcome” …but not accepted. Be informed that there is a difference in definition between accepted and welcome. Even when you call and confirm whether your insurance is “accepted” you may get the wrong information.Otherwise, staff is very friendly and professional.

Called the day before Thanksgiving because my daughter broke her frame and I needed to see if they could repair them even though I purchased them from a different location. They said they would have to see the damage. I was able to go in right away, was greeted as soon as we entered the store and they were actually able to fix them took about 5-10 minutes. Great customer service and will definitely be scheduling my next exam with them.
