I went to get my heels fixed before prom(the ankle strap had completely snapped from the backing) and he glued it all up and gave it right back to me. Not only that, but he also was very kind and even joked around while fixing the shoe. 10/10 recommend!

The shop owner turned me away saying it wasn't worth fixing the pair of ladies shoes I had brought in for a resole.The shoes were cheap espadrilles but my wife loved them and they were comfortable so I wanted to have them repaired anyway and was willing to pay. He politely but firmly refused.We talked for a bit and he showed me around his workshop.It is clear from the layout and machines in the back that he is set up for high end leather shoe repair.From our conversation I gathered that business is very slow and the shop is struggling like many other businesses during the pandemic.At the end of our discussion he suggested material that I could buy online and a process...read full review
