I find Manual Therapy Effects, Physical Therapist, to be a great follow-on to Rehab PT/OT and to coordinate very well with core training with a Personal Trainer. We work on balance, flexibility, and areas of pain or discomfort. During Pandemic, we work seamlessly using online therapy and some basic & easily obtained home aids.
