Once again, Joy Design and Build has cut down and removed large and healthy trees in Salona Village. This time on Brawner Street. The 3 trees were located along the property line so it's hard to imagine the trees would have been in the way of any new house construction, no matter how big the house.

Not EVEN. Rude and uncooperative. They are building in an adjacent neighborhood using my street as the construction entrance. Yes! How can that be!! Work well past the county hours. Dump truck after dump truck. 7 days a week. Speed down the street. Our road is literally falling apart. Mud is everywhere. They do clean occasionally. Project manager Marc is the worst as far as communicating with. So if you are looking to build and this sounds good to you, they are the company to use. Check out the Better Business Bureau. That's says it all!! Talk to realtors. They all know about Joy and their methods.
