Good Quality Discount Cleaner

I have been using them for the last 13,yrs ..paying cash because they don’t take any other payment .. after they changed ownership the service has changed . Like others said the clothes has not been cleaned and the owner is very rude and argumentative . I have never complained for all these years.. however the last time I used them I said something and instead of apologizing and making things right owner started lying …the stains were obvious and they didn’t even attempt to clean it . I will never use them again…

while giving the jacket i have clearly mentioned that it has stains of wine on it and they said they gone clean it but when i picked it up it still have the stains on it. When i have asked the person she replied that we have cleaned it but stain is not going ..........very worst service

I am not one to give poor reviews nor am I one to believe poor reviews outright. In this case, I would give zeroes if I could. I brought in a blazer that needed cleaning and alterations. The lining had two small holes that needed sewing. I was charged $20 for the lining and the normal charge for the cleaning. The ticket printed Wednesday for pick up. I dropped it off on a Saturday. I came by on a Thursday to find that it was not ready. They said that for alterations it takes a week, so it will be ready on Saturday. I go Saturday. It is not ready. I go Monday it is not ready. I keep asking why and I said I would have appreciated a phone call. Mr. Park shows me my jacket.… read full review
