Came here yesterday after trying to find a place to tighten a pair of sunglasses from a designer store in the mall. After having that store turn us away and wrongly sending us to Sunglasses Hut (who refused to touch the sunglasses), we found Georgetown Opticians on our own. They were super pleasant and willing to tighten the sunglasses free of charge. The staff was extremely friendly and I’d definitely come back to get something from here in the future. I’d avoid Sunglasses Hut downstairs in favor of this place!

Great place with quality frames & nice customer service. People who complain & were unsatisfied are likely at the wrong place when they came here trying to make quick judgments on something they don’t understand. Very knowledgeable staff & opticians here would highly recommend to any luxury optics enthusiasts. Deserved 5 stars they will take care of you.

Came in two weeks ago with bent eyeglasses and I was nervous that they were beyond repair. Courtney and Michael did a phenomenal repairing them and making sure they were balanced and right. A big thank you!
