It's never easy having to go to a new doctor for something outside of your control. With my insurance I have through work, I have some great options. I put in the type of doctor I want and if they are covered, I am free to go to them. That's just what I did here after being able to compare and see reviews posted by other patients. I did a majority of my stuff online before showing up here. But I still had some paperwork to do when I showed up. Checking in was pretty easy and refreshing. I love Dr. Suarez; however, since this practice changed to Anne Arundel, contacting doctors has been frustrating. I have been trying to contact Dr. Suarez for a month now re: the prescription that she gave my daughter. I have tried the online form and the number posted on the website. Never got a response back. If someone from the Vienna office can read this, please let me know how I can contact Dr. Suarez or her assistant.Update: Finally, someone picked up when I called for the nth time. She was able to relay my month-long question and Dr. Suarez assistant/nurse called me. Adding stars for Dr. S.

Dr. Suarez is very kind and gentle, with a wonderful wit. She puts her patient's mind at ease and practices what I consider the lost art of patient-centered medicine. She listens and cares. Highly recommended.
