I wish I could come here everyday- especially to see Ligia! Every time I book a session with her, I can actually feel all of my tension and bottled up stress melt away. On top of that, I’ve noticed that my posture is actually better after massages with her and that I can feel increased flexibility and range of motion- which is amazing considering I generally stick to her more basic massage offerings (I believe it’s a Swedish that I get with her). I started seeing Iris about halfway through my pregnancy and absolutely loved every prenatal and postpartum massage I received. I'd had previous prenatal massages that simply felt like a regular massage done while laying on my side with a pillow under my stomach. This was not at all the case with Iris, her prenatal massages include nearly a dozen pillows placed perfectly around your bump and body to make it such a comfortable and wonderful experience, truly designed for pregnancy. Iris is so talented and I looked forward to my massages each month.
