Commonwealth Vein Center

Abdul Amir, MD, is an internal medicine physician who provides exceptional care to patients at Commonwealth Vein Center in Colonial Heights, Richmond, and McLean, Virginia. A native of Richmond, Dr. Amir earned his undergraduate degree at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. He then completed his Doctor of Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine in St. Michael Parish, Barbados. He returned to the United States to complete his residency training at Seton Hall University School of Graduate Medical Education in South Orange, New Jersey. After completing his residency program and medical training, Dr. Amir returned to his hometown of Richmond to raise his family.
