We contacted Colin after looking at other companies, none of which were very responsive or helpful. Colin responded immediately and provided us with information and options to consider. He came to our home to help us make a good decision about the product to use. Once we decided it was only a few days before his crew came to install the film on windows in our great room and front door palladium window. Several of the windows were high up. The two crew members were very professional, careful and did an amazing job on our windows.
