I called four days in advance and asked for an appointment at opening and they were more than happy to do that. I pulled up before they did and I followed them in the door and they started right away. When I got there I told them I wanted a soak off, and a short coffin holographic ombre french set. The people were very nice even let my 6 yo son wait in there and gave him water. chairs were very comfortable, and they had a good show on to watch. The nail tech was very accurate as to wear she was clipping and snipping while doing the nail prep. She was as gentle as possible. I have been going to LA NAILS for awhile now. Their prices are great and the service is excellent. I went to Luxury N 1 time because LA NAILS was so busy, all I wanted was a color change. I finally had to tell the guy to stop . All in all it cost me more for a color change there than a full set completion at LA. I waited a week and went back and had her fix his screw up. I will never go anywhere else again.
