I have nothing to say about Katlyn but THANK YOU & THANK YOU. She helps me out everyday. She is super nice and anything I need done she does it. She is one of the sweetest and compassionate ladies I have ever met. Katlyn works Monday through Friday and then I have Michelle on weekends. She is sweet to. I will say I have had some horrible people come in with me and some of them was mean and scared me. I am very thankful that I have Katlyn during the week. She is so patient, understanding, nice, kind and very compassionate with me (her patient) And Michelle does a very good job on the weekends. I am VERY happy with my caregivers. Thanks! Sherry

Let me first start out by saying how thankful I am for Monica the "Schedule Coordinator." Monica goes above and beyond. She is a fantastic leader. Very professional, excellent communicator and an amazing listener. As a home health care owner for over 25 years and a Registered Nurse, I can only say kudos to Care Advantage for employing a person like Monica. You are indeed very blessed.
