Let me first start out by saying how thankful I am for Monica the "Schedule Coordinator." Monica goes above and beyond. She is a fantastic leader. Very professional, excellent communicator and an amazing listener. As a home health care owner for over 25 years and a Registered Nurse, I can only say kudos to Care Advantage for employing a person like Monica. You are indeed very blessed. Care Advantage is a great place to work. We love our clients and do everything we can to make sure they can stay at home with their families. Care Advantage also has caring and loving caregivers who are willing to go the extra mile for the clients.
