With the time and space of the reiki portion of the session, it allowed my mind to be calm and think through solutions. She coached me through the next steps and helped me follow through. After a long weekend of being on my feet or if I’m stressed from work, I look forward to either a deep tissue or Swedish massage from here. The atmosphere is so calming and relaxing. I love all the decor throughout the seasons, too! Also, I absolutely LOVE the peppermint foot enhancement! I love the peppermint smell and as a runner and active dog mom, my feet needed it! So anyone that works a lot on their feet, I def recommend this add-on with your appointment. Michelle really knows how to take care of things and she’s so super sweet!
