Excellent in every way. Built an attractive 40' X 7' retaining wall using sturdy modular block. Filled in and waterproofed a large, collapsed window-well below ground. Removed an old brick patio and graded the lawn in our backyard. Did extra drainage and repair work involving French Drains and retaining structures. Owner kept in constant communication and was on-site for much of the work. Cleaned up thoroughly after the work. Very competitive pricing.
The guys fixed a very problematic drainage problem and routed the water flow over 100 ft. They then constructed a beautiful dry river bed to enhance the property and conceal the pipes. Fast, efficient and cost competitive. Great job!
My basement had water intrusion after heavy rain because the water was pooling under my deck and leaking out of my downspout extenders. VM drainage installed below ground downspout extenders, regraded under my deck, and applied landscaping fabric and gravel to control the erosion. It has rained since and I have had no issues. They worked tirelessly and completed the job in one day, without disturbing my low clearance deck (they crawled under it and regraded/laid gravel by hand). They even took the time to place the lawn back together after digging the trench for the downspout extenders. The whole team was timely and professional. I would recommend them on any project.
