I’m so grateful for this practice. I was unable to see my primary doctor on short notice. It was a fairly short wait and I was able to get a prescription for an antibiotic for a sinus infection that had been raging all weekend. So relieved. Very convenient. Yay!!!

The bureaucratic mess that poses as an administrative office prevented this.
I had to reschedule for the following week.
Why?
(1) They are so worried about their money. That is a real concern in this economy. However, there are much more practical means to handle this question. I have been with NOVA for five years. They got paid every time on the spot, not waiting, no payments.
(2) Their administrative people had no clue what they were talking about. Example: an office visit co-pay is $30. Why tell me it is $350 and that the new price was a decision made by BCBS and / or the Federal Government? (This matters because I am a Fed.)… read full review
I had annual physical check up with provider Theresa. She is amazing in patient handling and advising on best treatment options. She gave me appropriate advice on how to manage my health condition and stay healthy. I am grateful to all staff members
