They seem very Busy yet The staff is efficient, courteous, and caring! I’ve been to plenty of offices where you can tell the staff could care less but not here. Dr. Stonerock is a great primary care provider: because of her I finally realized I had certain ailments that my precious Dr Of 5 years never found/saw. 5 stars !
Dr. Stonerock & her entire staff are caring, respectful, understanding & the same staff is there each time you follow up so the familiar faces are important to me. Dr. Stonerock and staff are also attentive to my questions and concerns. The staff actually calls you back if you leave a message and if available they actually answer your call. It took a few weeks to get in as a new patient but once I got my 1st appointment the wait was worth it. I am looking forward to many years of care here & I'm thankful I was able to find a physician and staff that I connected with & trust.
