Your staff that works there are the BEST! Their customer service is outstanding and they are always willing to assist and answer questions. I have to say that I live in Haymarket but I always come to the Manassas store because the service is so much better. I was in the store on April 30th and I needed help with concealers. I came into ulta looking for a new concealer without knowing much about makeup or what are good brands. I approached Victor and he helped me with such an amazing attitude! He answered every question I had and helped color match me perfectly! He was so helpful and kind, which I appreciate greatly. 10/10 experience.
