We called Sammy for an urgent HVAC request (our system had stopped cooling). Sammy was quick to respond and came to see the issue the very next day on time. Throughout this experience he was very responsive.

He clearly explained what the issue with our HVAC was based on his diagnosis before he made any changes and also talked to us about options and pricing clearly. This approach instilled trust in us and we felt very confident with him proceeding with next steps.

Sammy came across very honest, trustworthy and genuinely nice. I would highly recommend him for HVAC issues.

I first used Sammy and Tabora in the summer of 2018 when my 20+ year old AC unit died on me. Sammy was fantastic! He was responsive, on time, his pricing was reasonable, and he was great to work with. He makes you feel like he truly cares about you, fixing your issues, and making you happy. This past month I had an issue where my AC was on, the fan was running, but the house wasn't cooling down. I was referred by my best friend to Samuel Tabora for my HVAC Air Conditioner needs. Samuel was prompt in his response and provided feedback by visiting my home. He was very professional and assessed the situation and informed me of my options to replace the compressor and coils with two different pricing. He was confident that I would not find any other company that would beat his price and time to install the system.
