Mateo was great to work with. He explained everything thoroughly and either answered or returned my calls immediately when I had questions. We had roof damage on our house and interior damage due to the leak. The interior team was a little different story but all things considered it was a good experience.

Working with Jorge and Skyfall Exteriors was truly a great experience. This was our first claim and it was not a small job by any means. Safe to say we were very apprehensive, but Jorge made it painless from start to finish. Jorge worked hand in hand with the insurance company from the initial inspection to the final inspection. They were timely and efficient in their actions in completing everything from day one. They did what they said they would do throughout this process. I had my roof replaced last week. I got 2 quotes and used Skyfall. They were the best price by a good amount, the sales rep brought samples of the materials they use and was very polite. I was given the quote on the first visit and there was no pressure to make a decision. The workers came promptly on the assigned day and worked quickly, cleaned up all the mess, including nails. I was able to agree on key places they would pile the old roof for safety to my bushes and plants, which were covered for protection. I'm very satisfied. (As a note, I had a couple of new areas that I didn't ask to have replaced which show in the picture.)
