Simpson Unlimited, Inc. Installed our roof at 8101 Connecticut Avenue. The project consisted of 175 unit, three seven story buildings and was completed less than a year ago. The three and a half million dollar contract was completed on time, on budget, and passed county inspectionas soon as it was ready for final inspection. There were a number of instances where Simpson could have taken advantage of extras but did not. Simpson's work has been consistently excellent.Their roof inspections and repairs have resolved many long standing problems with no call backs or leaks after service.Their work on our balcony project was efficient, complete and well done. Again, no call backs or issues after their service.I look forward to calling on Simpson when needs arise as I know their work is excellent.
