I have completely satisfied with the work Shaw Services completed at our condo over the past two years. Their installation of a whole new carrier system went seamlessly two years ago, with Donny providing guidance on how to maintain the system for optimum efficiency. Also, to ensure we take the best care of this outstanding system, we subscribed to the bi-annual maintenance agreement. Donny has since continued to show up on time and keep us thankfully cool in the summer and toasty in the winter. I’ve also never felt like I was being upsold or taken advantage of. And I’m glad to patronize a local, family-owned small business. Completely recommend!
Called and got technician scheduled on same day. Sonny came when promised. Quick to detect minor problem with heat pump and fixed it. Checked performance afterward. Also corrected air flow situation. Very helpful and courteous. Will recommend whenever possible.
As have been our past experiences, the work performed by Shaw is just exceptional, and our technician, Jaron, is technically sound and such a fine person to work with. We look forward to using Shaw on all of our HVAC needs in the future.
