We have had now two projects completed by SGS Builders, and the work completed by Steve Sanders, Enrique, and crew was nothing less than outstanding. Several years ago we hired Steve to remove a load bearing wall to create a large open family room. Steve completed the project in record time and it looked perfect. In Mid-2018, we decided to add 1,000+ Sq Ft to our home to create a new Kitchen, living room and dinette space all in an open concept. What I had in my head was placed into a design by Steve and built exacted as we dreamed.
