Took me three days to get figured out. Couldn't hear my Name when I spelled it out Kept saying I didn't have warranty. If kept hearing I know your frustrated but be patient. After three I was not patient any more. Then it worked. A horrible system. needed a human to talk to.
Madjid arrived and said he would address the malfunctions of our Refrigerator/Freezers,!
He was very knowledgeable about ours and was able to replace the malfunctioning ice maker unit after rectifying the damage it had caused. We couldn't be more pleased with his excellent service and would prefer to have him be the one to answer any future calls exclusively!
Sears repair is excellent! This year i just wanted AC checked out before it got hot and Solomon was our technician once again and he is thorough, explains everything and I trust to do any AC&R work on my home. Fantastic company!
