Christmas came early for me when Ben & Thomas knocked on my door! My furnace went out and they responded right away and assessed what was wrong and rectified the situation. They were so knowledgeable, professional kind and understanding. The young lady who answered my desperate call for help was extremely attentive to my needs and truly cared about getting heat back in my home. My HVAC journey started Aug 29th, Labor Day weekend. My 20-year-old HVAC system went out and I was looking at an expensive system replacement. I took advantage of the milder weather and spent the next two weeks getting eight separate quotes (different systems) from five separate HVAC companies. All companies were competitive and all were professional. After thorough comparison and research, I selected Reddick & Sons because of their detailed assessment of my home HVAC system needs and they provided a very detailed/line-item breakout quote. My system was installed on Sep 25 but I waited a month to write a review to ensure both cooling and now heating systems worked. Everything has worked flawlessly. Kudos to Gabe McCloud who assessed my situation and provided the quote. He answered my calls and responded to all my texts with follow-up questions. He worked with me to understand my personal preferences and priorities. He has continued to answer my calls before, during and after installation. He met all my expectations. Kudos to Jan Hagen who did the system replacement plan – taking all the measurements for the install crew. He explained each element of how my new system would be installed and the changes to my infrastructure that would be necessary for successful replacement. Like Gabe, he took the time to answer all my questions. Kudos to the install crew (team of 3 led by Jackie L – I did not get the names of the other two installers) who started early and worked late. They also answered all my questions and found an unexpected issue with a duct in my attic, then repaired it quickly at no additional cost. The overall installation went very smoothly and was done very professionally. The new system looks amazing, is quiet, and above all cools and heats very efficiently. I truly made the right decision and had the best value system installed. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to go with Reddick & Sons. No regrets. Highly recommend anyone needing HVAC work to give them a call. Hopefully it will be 20 years before I need a new system, but when that day comes, I will call Reddick & Sons first. i had reddick and son come out to my house to find out my ac unit and heat system no longer work. They bought be space heater to keep me warm for thr 2 days while the parts came in. Today they came and install the brand new system. I am very happy with all the work that was done by joey,Jose and Sean. I highly recommend reddick and son. The owner daniel reddick is a really good guy and is here to help.
