I called around to a few places for a quote for dryer vent cleaning and Pronto had the best price. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were able to come out within a day. Erick A. arrived during the early part of our appointment window, was diligent about wearing shoe covers and being respectful of our home, and thoroughly explained everything that he did as a part of the appointment. We realized that our dryer vented to a different location than originally thought, requiring some extra effort and slightly increasing the cost from what was originally quoted. I am very satisfied with the entire progress with Pronto Air Duct Services, from the initial phone call I made to ask how it's done to the work that Erick De la Cruz provided. He was conscientious of moving from room to room, had covers over his shoes, cleaned up each area he was working in, especially when cutting into the metal of heating system and dryer. I really appreciated that detail. I will definitely call on Pronto Air Duct again.
