I was rear ended in my car on the Beltway in stop and go traffic before Christmas and they were recommended, the initial intake was well thought out and then I was assigned to a paralegal Valery who was very helpful and thorough in getting all the details and the sequence of events. I was directed to a firm that finds a suitable doctor and then physical therapy in your area. Suddenly after a mishap by the doctor's staff (gave my id) to another client who left, I was rescheduled. I called the next day to ask where the forms were and he said don't worry you'll never be seen here again!
