Came for a mammogram and I was so blessed to have Karen as the technician!! She was so kind, empathetic, professional and really took the time to walk me through every step. At a moment when you feel vulnerable she was an angel! ?
I’ve been going myself and taking my children to pretty much all Kaiser centers. Mostly service is good occasionally not so good and sometimes exceptional.I took my daughter for her blood work today and luckily Tigist was there to draw the blood. She was extremely gentle and kind as such that my daughter did not even feel the needle. She was politely caring on the conversation with my daughter and all of a sudden it was all over. Thank you Tigist.
Dr. Chae is amazing! I love how friendly she is. She knows exactly what to do and what to give me to help. She is amazing!!When it comes to getting blood work done I will only go to Shanelle! I don’t feel a thing when she is drawing my blood! She kept me talking and laughing the whole time.
