We've had exceptional quality service treating our pests, but this week we had Bo and Austin out to remove and update our old attic insulation. They disinfected and sealed the entire attic for pests AND they installed ridge venting so the attic won't reach 170 degrees again in the summer time! They were so friendly, communicative, and easy to work with. This is a great company to luck into finding.
They did a great job identifying and treating a yellowjacket nest effectively. Michael performed a follow up as part of our regular pest program and took care of our concerns. They were very responsive to our concerns.
I have been using Pest Proof for years now and the quality of service has only gotten better. They go above my expectations every visit. They communicate very well and offer a level of customer service that shows they really care about what they do and their clients needs. Bruce was my technician recently and he did a great job! He took the time to explain what he was doing and purpose for doing it. Pest Proof really is hands down the best company for pest control that I have ever used.
