The entire process from beginning to end was very pleasant. It started with Chuck, who was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and provided a very competitive quote. Brian, the Project Manager, Omar and his crew were all equally as professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They cared about details and wanted to ensure that me, as a customer was satisfied. I would highly recommend Old Dominion Specialty for your projects.
Got referred to ODSC from a friend when we had a house fire that needed repairs and man am I glad they did. Chuck was fast to get out and assess the damage and layout the game plan for me and Tracy was fantastic keeping everything moving and keeping me in the loop. there was never a question he wasn't willing to answer or a phone call or text he wouldn't take. I can't recommend this company enough for any home improvement projects you might have, emergency or otherwise.
Old Dominion was recommended to us by our home insurance company after a tree fell on our house. The tree caused massive structural damage to the exterior and interior of our home. From day one, the entire team at Old Dominion was fantastic--extremely professional, clear communicators, who stuck to their timelines and kept us updated on everything going on in detail. Tom, who ran our project, gave incredibly helpful advice and analysis at every stage of the project, and we are really happy with the final results.
