We had an outstanding experience with Modern Remodeling after a major flood in our home, and we wholeheartedly recommend them. From the start, their team guided us through the insurance process with ease. Our primary consultant, Brian Beck, was responsive, thoughtful, and highly knowledgeable. I had a small water leak in my home that unfortunately required the flooring to be removed from my entire main level since the specific flooring was no longer manufactured. Several things had to be removed/replaced in order to replace the flooring.
Adrian from MRI was excellent. He cared for my home as he would care for his own home. He, and his colleagues at MRI, explained everything to me in a very simple way, since I don't know much about homes. The end product was excellent and stress free.
