Mitch came out to service our water treatment system and was great to work with. During the visit, a part inside the tank became dislodged, which meant the tank had to be cleared and the media re-added. Mitch was completely upfront about what happened, kept us informed the entire time, and made sure it was handled the right way.
Any complications with the fix were clearly explained, and he made sure the company covered everything related to it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to throughout the process. Mr Bonilla was extremely courteous during the entirety of his work. He helped us understand the problems and what he was doing to resolve them. At the end, he explained our bill and helped us identify and resolve an overcharge. Mr Bonilla is a gentleman and asset to you company
