Calling all first born daughters, A Types, and boss babes! Do you have trouble relaxing during your self care time? Are you tired of judgy types who scold you for being tight, sitting too much, or just talk through your message in general? Gia is for you. She is professional, knowledgeable, and quiet. We go through priorities for the massage and then she just gets to work, silently working her magic. I've been seeing her for over a year and she really gets to know your body and sees you for you. Jeff was an incredibly intuitive masseuse and communicated with me with both warmly and confidence, which put me at ease as first-time client with Medical Massage Specialties.
After the first session, I left feeling extreme relief from all the tension that was stored up in my body. I immediately booked a follow-up appointment for an additional 60-minute medical massage. The room was ambient, quiet, and such a soothing atmosphere that I woke up so refreshed. I loved this experience and would recommend this business to anyone interested in improving their overall physical and mental health.
I write a lot of reviews and rarely highly recommend a service, but I will make an exception for Medical Massage Specialties. I was very unaware of the amounts of knots I have, but Jeff happens to find them ALL....LOL. However, Jeff is awesome with the appropriate amount of firmness needed to relieve knots/tensions in problem areas. I like the focus on one specific problem area but his full body massage is absolutely phenomenal. If you are an athlete or ever find yourself in consistent stressful situations, you owe it to yourself to visit Jeff (or any other specialist)
