Matrix provides IT support for the company I work for and I have had nothing but a PHENOMENAL experience with them! I've found their team to be extremely personable, responsive, and easy to work with.
Specifically, Chance provides ongoing support for our team and in every situation I've brought to him, he's gotten resolved quickly. If it was something beyond his scope, he's worked tirelessly with the correct outside support to get a quick resolution.

Mallory has been my IT rep and always has an upbeat/friendly personality. She is quick to fix your problem and come up with a solution. I feel like I am in the drive through of Chick Fila and think there is a long wait but no. I get my solution and problem fixed in no time.
The day started off not being able to get online via wi-fi, hotspot or Ethernet connection. I was able to get a hold of Matrix & worked with Mallory to try & resolve the issue. The main issue we encountered was that they could not take control of my computer remotely due to not having any sort of internet connection. We tried going the admin route & the command prompt route, to no avail. We worked on the issue for over an hour with no fix. The only solution was to bring it in & fix the issue in person. I was able to get there & Mallory was able to get the issue resolved & also install a driver. Although the drive was long, it was certainly worth getting the issue resolved....read full review
