Bill is THE best. He and his coworker Nat helped me easily with everything from start to finish. I couldn't be more pleased with this flooring purchase and the time they took to help me. I will never use another flooring company and will be going back to them when I'm ready to change the floor in my basement!!!! LL Flooring is amazing and highly recommended. It's not easy to find quality sales professionals like them, they took the time to listen to what I was wanting and didn't try to pester me into something that I did not want!!!!! I could not ask for better service.

Bill was extremely helpful and solved my problem on the phone. Then identified they had enough material in stock to more than cover my job. Also, made himself available to call him with my contractor so the three of us could decide the course of action to take. Thanks Bill!
