The service was great. But we have a big problem I went in there for a gel manicure the person who was doing my manicure did not speak English at all. The guy started off with taking my old gel polish off he buffed my nails I was thinking he would clean up my cuticles and then start the process. He just straight on without cutting my cuticles or using any dehydrator he slapped on the base coat for the gel. The old gel polish had not come off completely I could still see a bump between my nail bed. I also mentioned it that this has not completely come off obviously he did not understand me. Though I do appreciate being able to be seen the same day I was disappointed in a few things. First is I asked for a spa pedicure and did not get the paraffin wax. Most salons include that in their price for a “spa pedicure”. Second was my nails were not ingrown and didn’t hurt yet the tech dug in and hurt me trying to cut my nail on the sides. Third was the tech used two scrubs and rubbed my legs nearly raw. Fourth the price sign says $45 for a spa pedicure however I was charged $60!! With no paraffin. So overall I’m being generous with the 3 stars….I will not be returning.Service: Pedicures
