When KPM inspected my roof, Jim found hail damage and helped me deal with the insurance company. They agreed with KPM’s findings and paid most of the costs associated with getting a new roof. His team was so efficient! I left for work one day and came home to a new roof. Couldn’t believe how quickly it all happened. Great company to work with. Highly recommend!Services: Roof installation
Jim and his team are the only ones I allow to work on my home!! They are the best!My basement flooded this past July. Jim and his team restored my basement and made the improvements we were looking for - all within budget and on time.They showed up ready to work every day. I tell everyone I know about them and how wonderful they are/were to work with.
When KPM inspected my roof (by actually going up there and seeing it first hand), Jim identified some potential for underlying sub roof issues and water damage. He took the time to explain the work that would be done, provided me with a number of options for shingles and soffits, and quoted very reasonable prices. The roofing team was very professional, the work was of high quality and the roof was replaced quickly, in two days as planned. Jim kept me informed regarding the water damage they did find (which was not as bad as expected) and the applicable repairs. Great service, reasonable pricing, good communications!
