They were a life saver!!! It’s the week of Christmas and our heat goes out! But they didn’t immediately go for the highest cost option. They came out multiple times, off hours and weekends, tried to repair, gave us options, and kept checking in to see how things were going. That type of care and service doesn’t happen often anymore. When we realized that our 20+ year old system couldn’t be repaired, we were provided with a replacement alternative that fit our budget & promptly got the heat up and running again. Extraordinary annual maintenance service appointment. Brian, the technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. He identified (and fixed) issues that other firms had overlooked. The customer interface (Text, email,, website) was easy and responsive. I went with KCS after my past HVAC company was absorbed by a larger and less personable company. The bigger company was unresponsive and sent out less reliable technicians. I saw KCS working in the neighborhood and called them after watching them work on a neighbor's system. Best decision I've made in a long time. Totally recommend KCS for your HVAC support.
