We used K&M for our roof replacement and a complete remodel of our kitchen. Roofing was done quickly and second time we have used them. Kitchen transformation was excellent and with their help we were able to add significant additional cabinet space to our kitchen. The job was a partnership with them as we worked through ideas together!
Neal (the PjM of my project) and K&M construction, did an excellent job. They went beyond what was expected to help me complete repairs on a property I was selling in time for our closing date. They also were able to update project work quickly when they found additional items to address. When the closing time got moved up unexpectedly, Neal and K&M responded to make sure the property repairs and touch ups were completed so that we could make it. I was really happy and grateful for what they did and for the personal service. Would highly recommend.
I just had K & M Roofing work on a house I had listed for sale. They came through in a pinch for my client and were able to diagnose and resolve an issue on the roof. We couldn't have been more pleased with the communication, service and results. Dennis was outstanding to work with. He followed through in a short amount of time and provided great results.
