I have been going here for a few years and have left happy every time … even if i have to come back. I usually get some variation of box braids and they’re pretty consistent with that style regardless of how many people are working on my head. Recently I got faux locs and the two braiders clearly have different techniques cause the style to look not like the picture I showed. The owner jumped in and fixed the whole back immediately and the next day they fixed the front. This whole situation could have been avoided if I was told exactly what hair to get for the style. Very unprofessional. I went in for box braids. The braids turned out nice but I had to ask my braider and the other staff to speak more softly since they were having a very loud conversation. This is typical and I couldn't take it today. The worst part of the experience was them claiming that the credit card machine is broken so I would go get cssh ftom the ATM. I asked if I could use Venmo and was told no. I went along and was willing to go get cash until my braider came out and said she has to follow me to the atm. That was not happening.
