Their honesty, integrity, professionalism, work ethic and kindness are a rare find today. I appreciate the way each concern of mine was discussed and especially Howard’s professional opinion that saved me a costly removal on a tree I had been told to remove by another company. He suggested a reduction and crown cleaning instead to reduce the height, weight and size of the tree and let more sun light in. Freedom Tree could have made a llot more money by removing that tree. Freedom Tree Service was recommended to me through Perfect Landscapes. Shane responded quickly to set up an appointment that was convenient for me, promptly sent an estimate for my consideration and arranged for all the work to be done as soon as possible despite the ‘busyness’ of the spring season. He even arranged for an appropriately sized, smaller stump grinder so my property would not be damaged by heavy machinery. I am extremely happy with the work that was done.
