Working with Craft Master on our master bedroom/bathroom suite addition has been an actual pleasure. We've had many bad experiences with contractors over the years, so I was a bit skeptical at the start of the process. Sam, the owner, was very proactive before we even hired him. He personally drove us to the county building department more than once to help us with some issues our property had before we began the project. He didn't have to do that, so I was impressed. He was honest and forthright and a problem-solver. We had bids from 2 other companies as well, but because of Sam's attitude from the get-go, we went with him. I cook ALOT- so I put remodeling my original1993 kitchen off for as long as I could. When I finally couldn't take looking at the laminate ciuntertops and vinyl floors anymore, I found Sam at Craftmaster. Not knowing a thing about reconstructing a kitchen, Sam walked me through the entire process and overlooked everything. Communication was exceptional and the work crew was punctual and hard working. They worked efficient and long hours to try and get my kitchen done quickly. I am so enamoured and grateful to cook daily in such a beautiful room in my home! Thank you Sam!

I hired Craft Master Homes to remove a wall in my home. Other contractors were unable to tell if it was load bearing or not, but Craft Master Homes was able to quickly bring in an architect to verify the wall was not load bearing and began work almost immediately. The owner was on site to supervise the work and made sure all our concerns were addressed. I had a great experience and plan on using them again for future projects.Service: Home renovations
