This is from experience. It’s been 2 ish years and the only thing done is framing and drywall installation with paint. We contact daily with no signs of reply’s or reads. It’s been an awful time with mouses and other insects invading our house. No answers when we call nothing… If u want a contractor like this, this is your guy.
