My first time using Costco optical. I already had a prescription so I was just getting glasses.
The selection was good. They didn't try to sell me more expensive frames than I wanted, but the salesman was very helpful. As promised, the glasses were ready in just over a week. And of course the price was great. I will use them again.

Very impressed with the quality of service, knowledge and friendly staff, and overall speed. Glasses were done very quickly. We came to pick them up and were helped by Karl. That dude is probably one of the nicest people I've met in my life. While adjusting our frames, he really made us feel like he cared not only about the quality of service he was providing, but like he genuinely cared about us as people. Loved the experience.

Amazing customer service, great insight and help, Karl at the eye center is amazing! Lots of care and detailed explanations, overall maybe the best eye care experience I have ever had!
